Magnet Injection Molding Manufacturer
Process Flow
Raw material preparation: Select appropriate magnetic powder (such as NdFeB, SmCo, etc.) and appropriate polymer matrix.
Mixing: Evenly mix the selected magnetic particles with plastic particles to ensure good compatibility and dispersion between the two.
Pretreatment: Dry or perform other pre-treatment steps on the mixed material as needed to remove impurities such as moisture.
Injection molding: Using special equipment, the mixed material is heated to a flowing state and injected into the mold cavity at a set temperature and high pressure.
Cure/cool: Allow the material injected into the mold to cool naturally or apply rapid cooling to promote curing and molding.
Demoulding and finishing: Remove the finished product from the mold and perform any necessary trimming, cleaning or other finishing operations.
