Our precision ceramic mold is a special mold made of high-temperature ceramic materials such as alumina or zirconia. The mold design drawing is first processed into a prototype with specified shape and precision by CNC machine tools or traditional grinding methods, and then undergoes high-temperature sintering treatment to finally obtain a mold with higher density and precision.

The precision of our mold products is very high and can meet the requirement of precision higher than 1μm. At the same time, the product also has good chemical stability and can maintain stable performance in extreme environments such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosion.
